TxDoRC™ Registry Document Reissue

Lost a certificate? Purchased a registered vehicle? Updated your build and want fresh documentation?

The TxDoRC™ Registry Document Reissue Service allows owners to obtain replacement or updated Registry documents for approved TxDoRC™ Registry entries.

Available for:

  • Build Record Certificates
  • Certificates of Title
  • Both documents together

This service is commonly used when documents have been lost, damaged, transferred to a new owner, or when a Registry profile has been updated and the owner would like new printed documentation reflecting the current Registry record.

All documents are professionally printed on premium certificate stock and prepared using the vehicle's current approved Registry information.

Common Reasons for a Reissue

  • Original document was lost or damaged
  • Vehicle ownership has changed through an approved Registry transfer
  • Registry profile information has been updated
  • Additional display or archival copies are desired
  • Existing documents need to reflect the current configuration of the build

Important Information

This service does not create a new Registry entry.

This service does not transfer ownership.

Ownership transfers must be completed separately through the official TxDoRC™ Ownership Transfer process before a new Certificate of Title can be issued to a new owner.

Processing Time

Registry Document Reissues are typically prepared and mailed within 3–4 business days after the request has been reviewed and verified.

What is the TxDoRC™ Registry Membership? +

The TxDoRC™ Registry Membership is a yearly subscription for RC owners who want to document, showcase, and preserve the history of their builds.

Membership includes up to 3 registry build submissions per membership year. Each approved build receives a public TxDoRC™ Registry profile with photos, build story, specifications, badges, awards/recognition, owner details, a digital Build Record Certificate, and a premium linen Build Record Certificate mailed after review and approval.

Additional registry entries are available in 3-Build Packs for active members.

Registry submissions are reviewed before publishing. VIN Verified status is reserved for official TxDoRC™ / 1:10 Rod Shop™ VIN-backed records only.

Registry Membership is a digital service. Approved entries receive digital Build Record Certificates and premium linen Build Record Certificates mailed after review and approval.
What’s Included +
  • 1 year of TxDoRC™ Registry Membership benefits
  • Up to 3 build submissions per membership year
  • Public Registry profile for each approved entry
  • Vehicle photo gallery and build specifications
  • Registry badges and classification recognition
  • Awards, recognition, and show history documentation
  • Digital Build Record Certificates
  • Premium linen Build Record Certificates mailed for approved entries
  • Registry profile updates for evolving builds
  • Eligibility for future TxDoRC™ Registry recognition programs
Registry Profile Updates +

Builds evolve. Active Registry owners may request profile updates to add new photos, update specifications, document modifications, add awards or recognition, and keep their Registry profile current.

The TxDoRC™ Registry is intended to serve as a living record of the build throughout its documented history.

Profile updates are reviewed before publishing. Updated or replacement printed certificates may be available separately.
How It Works +
  1. Purchase your yearly TxDoRC™ Registry Membership.
  2. Complete the TxDoRC™ Registry Submission Form for each build.
  3. TxDoRC™ reviews each submission before publishing.
  4. Approved builds receive a public Registry profile, digital Build Record Certificate, and premium linen Build Record Certificate.
Registry profiles, digital certificates, and premium linen Build Record Certificates are typically completed within 3–4 business days after a submission has been reviewed and approved.
Build Record Certificates +

Every approved Registry entry receives a professionally produced Build Record Certificate documenting the vehicle’s Registry record, ownership information, specifications, and historical record.

Digital certificates are issued for approved entries, and premium linen Build Record Certificates are mailed after the build record has been reviewed, approved, and completed.

More than a certificate, it is a collector asset designed to accompany the vehicle as part of its permanent historical record.

Subscription & Cancellation +

TxDoRC™ Registry Membership is a yearly subscription and may be canceled at any time. Canceling stops future renewal billing.

Canceling does not automatically remove approved registry records created during an active membership.

To cancel your TxDoRC™ Registry Membership, contact us at 1.10RodShop@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the email used at checkout.

Approved registry entries created during an active membership will remain published as archived registry records unless removal is requested and approved by 1:10 Rod Shop™ / TxDoRC™.
What Happens If I Cancel? +

Approved registry entries created during an active membership will remain published as archived registry records unless removal is requested.

Canceling your membership ends active membership benefits after the current paid term, including new build submissions, future award eligibility, and non-essential registry updates.

Registry Review Policy +

Registry submissions are reviewed before publishing for consistency, formatting, and record accuracy. Review does not guarantee immediate processing.

Registry membership fees cover administrative review, registry setup, digital record creation, certificate preparation, and access to the submission process.

VIN Verified Status +

VIN Verified status is reserved for official TxDoRC™ / 1:10 Rod Shop™ VIN-backed records only.

Community Registry entries may still receive Build Record Certificates, but that does not make them VIN Verified.
