Order Updates
If you have an existing order with us, your order is still active and being completed.
We are currently refining our product lineup to improve production flow and consistency. This does not affect any orders already placed.
For order updates, please use the chat feature on our homepage and include your order number. This is the only channel we are using for customer support so we can keep everything organized and respond as efficiently as possible.
