Refund & Return Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
All products are inspected, tested, and approved before shipping and are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in proper working order.
If a product is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and discuss available options.

Limited Warranty
We offer a limited warranty for products that present an immediate issue within 30 days of receipt.
Warranty consideration is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Products or kits damaged due to the following are not eligible for warranty consideration:
• improper installation
• misuse or abuse
• modification
• accidents or external damage
If a warranty request is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the product to us.
Returned items must be packaged carefully to prevent additional damage during shipping. If the product arrives with additional damage due to inadequate packaging, that damage may not be covered under warranty.
Only the components specifically discussed during the warranty approval will be evaluated or replaced.
If additional damage is discovered upon return, the customer will be provided with a quote for repair or replacement of those components.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, general returns are not accepted.
All sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

Customs and Duty Charges
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by your local government and are not collected by 1:10 Rod Shop.
If a package is returned to our facility due to unpaid customs or duty charges, the order will be held for up to 6 months.
Refused Domestic or International Deliveries
If delivery of a shipment is refused and the package is returned to our facility, the order will be held for up to 6 months.
If you would like the package reshipped, you must contact us and pay:
• any return shipping costs from the failed delivery
• the cost of the new shipment
No refunds or store credits will be issued for refused deliveries, including refusal to pay customs or duty charges.
Refunds
Upon purchase, our system records that customers acknowledge our fulfillment and shipping policies.
We offer a 72-hour cooling-off period after purchase. During this period, customers may request a full refund.
After the 72-hour period has passed, refunds are no longer available. Customers may request store credit, valid for six months from the date of the request.
Store credits:
• are non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• must be used within the six-month validity period
All pre-sale orders are final.
No refunds will be issued once an order has shipped from our facility.
Custom semi builds and build reservations are governed by the Build Terms & Conditions outlined on the semi build reservation page.
TxDoRC Registry Memberships & Subscriptions
The TxDoRC Registry Membership is a yearly digital subscription that gives members access to registry submission benefits during their active membership term.
Membership includes up to 3 registry build submissions per membership year. Registry submissions are reviewed before publishing. Submission does not guarantee approval, public listing, badge status, or certificate issuance.
Approved builds may receive a public registry profile, applicable registry badge/status, and a digital TxDoRC Registry Build Record Certificate.
This is a digital membership. No physical product ships.
Subscription Billing
TxDoRC Registry Membership renews yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a membership, the customer authorizes recurring yearly billing unless the subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their TxDoRC Registry Membership at any time before the next renewal date.
There is no cancellation penalty.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current membership term.
Once cancelled, membership benefits end at the close of the paid membership period.
Membership Refunds
TxDoRC Registry Membership follows our standard 72-hour cooling-off period.
Customers may request cancellation and refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided registry services have not already been substantially started or completed.
After the 72-hour period has passed, membership payments are non-refundable.
If a member cancels after the 72-hour period, the cancellation will stop future renewal charges only.
Registry Profiles After Cancellation
Approved registry profiles may remain archived and publicly visible after cancellation unless removal is requested and approved by 1:10 Rod Shop / TxDoRC.
Cancelled members lose access to active membership benefits, including new build submissions, additional registry services, and member-only status benefits after the paid term ends.
Build Record Certificates
Digital Build Record Certificates are registry documentation only. They are not legal titles, ownership documents, insurance documents, or proof of legal ownership.
Registry records are based on submitted information and are reviewed before publishing.
Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges before an order ships.
Once a product has left our facility, exchanges are no longer available.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty consideration:
• Custom-built products, including 1:10 Rod Shop custom semi builds and semi build reservations
• Made-to-order or specially configured items
• Digital memberships, subscriptions, registry submissions, digital certificates, and other digital registry services after the 72-hour cooling-off period
• Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers
• Products or kits damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification
Custom builds are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold once production has begun. For this reason, all custom build sales are final once production begins.
