Why These Semis Are Different

At 1:10 Rod Shop, we don’t build ordinary trucks.
The 1:10 Rod Shop Custom Semi Collection represents the start of a platform we’ve been designing, prototyping, and refining for years.
These early builds are produced in small batches while we continue expanding what the platform will become.
New models, refinements, and production capabilities will follow.
If you reserve a build slot now, you're getting in at the beginning.
Your Custom Semi Build Process

After selecting a build window, you’ll configure your truck by choosing your options and submitting the build form along with the $100 reservation deposit.
As your production window approaches, we’ll reach out to review and confirm your build details, including any upgrades or customizations.
Production windows are scheduled in batches. If a window must shift due to supply availability or production constraints, customers will be contacted directly with available options.
Once your build details are finalized, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance and shipping. When that invoice is paid, your truck enters production.
Estimated build time once production begins is 4–6 weeks, depending on configuration.

Builder Options

Builder Kit - starting at $1500
The Builder Kit is a fully assembled roller designed for customers who want to install their own electronics and finishing touches.
Included with the Builder Kit:
• Fully assembled with 1:10 Rod Shop aluminum chassis rails
• SLS nylon body & structural components
• CEN Racing transmission and drivetrain installed
• Cab and sleeper configuration of your choice
• Window lenses included
• Light lenses included
• Basic interior componentsElectronics, paint, lighting controllers, and sound modules are not included with the Builder Kit.

RTR Build - starting at $2500
The RTR (Ready-To-Run) build is a fully assembled and wired truck for customers who want a completed build ready to drive once a battery is installed.
The RTR Build includes everything in the Builder Kit plus:
• Solid color paint (Red, White, or Black)
• 1:10 Rod Shop Basic Light Kit installed
• Motor installed
• ESC installed
• Steering servo installed
• Receiver installed
• All wiring completed
• CEN Racing AMP remote includedRTR trucks arrive fully assembled and ready to run.
Custom paint colors are also available. If you have a specific color in mind, please provide the paint color code during build confirmation. Custom colors will require additional paint costs depending on the color selected.
