How The Custom Build Process Works:

1. Reserve Your Build Slot

After selecting a production window, submit your build form and $100 reservation deposit to secure your place in line.

2. Configure Your Truck

Choose your build level, cab or sleeper configuration, and any available upgrades or custom options.

3. Build Review & Confirmation

As your production window approaches, we'll contact you to review and confirm all build details before production begins.

4. Lock In Your Specifications

Once your configuration is finalized, your build specifications are documented and prepared for production.

5. Final Invoice

Once your build configuration is finalized, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance and shipping costs.

6. Production Begins

After the final invoice is paid, your truck enters production and moves into the build queue.

7. Estimated Build Time

Most builds are completed within 4–6 weeks after production begins, depending on configuration and selected options.

Production Schedule Notice

Production windows are estimates and may occasionally shift due to supplier availability, production constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. If a scheduled window changes, affected customers will be contacted directly with available options.

8. Protected for Transit

These builds represent a significant investment of time and craftsmanship. Before shipment, each semi is carefully inspected, documented, and packaged using protective materials selected to help it arrive safely and in excellent condition.
