Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

1:10 Rod Shop is a made-to-order and custom production shop. Our products are not ready-to-ship inventory unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

All physical products are manufactured, printed, assembled, prepared, or customized after the order is placed.

For non-semi products, our standard made-to-order production turnaround is up to 30 days before shipment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page.

This production time does not include carrier transit time after the order ships.

Fulfillment times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, production schedule, material availability, product complexity, and customer-selected options.

Custom Builds, Semi Builds & Reservations

Custom builds, semi builds, deposits, reservations, and scheduled build-window orders follow separate custom terms and production timelines.

1:10 Rod Shop semi builds are custom scheduled projects and are not ready-to-ship products. Some semi purchases may be deposits or reservations for a future production slot.

For deposit or reservation orders, fulfillment may not begin immediately after checkout. Production may begin only after the scheduled build window opens, required build details are complete, and any remaining balance or payment terms have been completed.

Semi builds and custom builds follow the production schedule outlined in the applicable Build Terms & Conditions, reservation page, invoice, or product listing.

Digital Products, Memberships & Registry Services

Some products and services offered by 1:10 Rod Shop are digital and do not require shipping.

This includes digital memberships, subscriptions, registry submissions, digital certificates, TxDoRC Registry services, and other non-physical products or services.

The TxDoRC Registry Membership is a yearly digital subscription. No physical product ships with this membership unless a physical item is specifically stated on the product page.

Digital products and registry services may require review, setup, approval, processing, or publication time before access, publication, certificate delivery, or account setup is completed.

Digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and registry services do not receive shipping tracking unless they are purchased with a physical product that requires shipment.

Shipping Notifications

All orders that require shipping are eligible for email and optional text message notifications regarding order status and shipping updates.

When placing an order, customers should provide a current email address and may provide a phone number for optional text notifications.

For physical products, customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

For digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and registry services, communication may be sent by email regarding submission status, account details, membership status, approvals, certificates, or other service-related updates.

Order Updates

Customers may contact us for an order status update at any time.

Because our products are made to order, an order may remain in production before tracking is available. Tracking is added once the physical order has been completed, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Orders placed as deposits, reservations, custom builds, or scheduled production slots may remain open until the applicable build window, production stage, or payment terms are complete.

1:10 Rod Shop is a small, family-operated business run by a husband and wife team.

We produce made-to-order and custom RC products with attention to quality, detail, and fitment. Because our products are manufactured or assembled after purchase, fulfillment timelines may vary based on production demand, material availability, and build complexity.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill each order properly.

Every valid order placed with 1:10 Rod Shop will be fulfilled according to the applicable product, production, custom build, deposit, reservation, digital service, or registry terms.
