The Blacktop Diplomat was built in-house by 1:10 Rod Shop as our first dedicated lowrider project.
Finished in the shop's signature colors, the build quickly became more than a display vehicle. It served as a development platform for future shop projects while helping shape the direction of several products and scale display concepts.
Featuring custom detailing, a full interior, engine bay enhancements, and Jevries wheels, The Blacktop Diplomat became an important part of the evolution of 1:10 Rod Shop.
Part lowrider, part development vehicle, and part display build, it helped define the next chapter of the shop's custom scale projects.
