This page is for customers who have already purchased a TxDoRC Registry build record. Submit your build details, photos, ownership information, and vehicle story so your registry profile and Build Record Certificate can be prepared.
Step 1
Submit your owner information, build details, story, specs, and photos.
Step 2
TxDoRC reviews your submission before creating the public registry profile.
Step 3
TxDoRC assigns your official registry number and prepares your build record.
Step 4
Your profile goes live, your digital certificate is issued, and your printed certificate is mailed.
After your record is completed, you will receive an email with your registry number, public profile link, and digital certificate access. Your printed Build Record Certificate will be mailed separately on premium linen paper.
