Official Rules for the “StreetScale Giveaway”

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A Purchase Does Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of 1:10 Rod Shop are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins at 7:00 PM February 9, 2025 and the first round ends February 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST.

• Entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

• Prizes will be awarded one at a time, every two weeks, until all three prizes have been given away.

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter via the following methods:

(A) Purchase-Based Entry:

• Every $10 spent at www.110rodshop.com during the giveaway period counts as one (1) entry, with a minimum purchase of $25 required to qualify. into the giveaway.

• Orders must be completed and paid within the giveaway period, and must total at least $25 to qualify for entry.

(B) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) (Legally Required):

• To enter without purchase and receive a single entry, participants may mail their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 4x6 index card to:

Must be received and acknowledged by 1:10 Rod Shop before the giveaway ends, NOT JUST POST MARKED. Ticket number will be generated and emailed to you upon acknowledgment.  

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly using a certified randomization tool.

• The first drawing will take place February 23, 2025. The second round begins immediately at 12:00 AM CST on February 23, 2025, and runs for two weeks, ending on March 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. The second winner will be drawn on March 9, 2025. The third and final round begins at 12:00 AM CST on March 9, 2025, and ends on March 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, with the final winner drawn on March 23, 2025., with subsequent drawings occurring every two weeks until all prizes have been awarded.

• Winners will be notified via email and/or social media within 72 hours of each drawing.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize & Odds

• The prize consists of one (1) StreetScale Setup valued at $350 MSRP.

• A total of 3 prizes will be awarded, one every two weeks.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. General Terms & Conditions

• 1:10 Rod Shop reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless 1:10 Rod Shop from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platforms.

• By participating, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from 1:10 Rod Shop.

7. Prize Acceptance

• Winners will be notified when their prize has shipped and provided tracking information.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the discretion of 1:10 Rod Shop.

8. Restricted Locations

• This giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and the Netherlands.

• Due to customs duties, taxes, and shipping restrictions, entries from other countries will not be accepted.

• Orders from restricted regions will not qualify for entry.
